* Florence location is still open.* So relieved to be able to get appointments with a veterinary dermatologist. The whole crew has been quite friendly, knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. We are still searching for solutions to my cat's dermatological problems. There are a wide variety of test which can be done. The only downside is the expense. Everything seems expensive these days, but dermatological & potential allergy care seems to be extra expensive. Kitty also sees ophthalmologists & dealing with his eye health is less expensive. Most of us would do anything for our furry, feathery, scaly, etc family members, but this care might be out of reach for some. I get it, because I'm overextending my financial means. I did ask one of the techs if folks could contribute to an account to help others pay for care. She didn't know and I forgot to ask other staff. Just grateful there is finally a veterinary dermatology clinic available in the Tri-State. Oh yeah, recently the Cincinnati office has closed, but the office in Florence is still in operation. The outgoing message for the Cincinnati contact number gave me the impression clinic was no longer operating in this area. Called Louisville phone number and found out Florence office is still open - as of July 2nd 2026. Staff member has asked responsible phone person(s) to change message, yet the confusing message still plays. I would definitely recommend this business.
