I cannot say enough good things about the team here! My dog, Charlie, has a complicated heart condition and thyroid issues, and he can be incredibly shy and difficult when it comes to getting blood drawn. The staff is always so patient, gentle, and genuinely awesome with him. Their client service is easily the best I’ve ever experienced; they never rush me and always take the time to answer all of my questions. It breaks my heart to see any negative comments about them online because they do so much amazing, charitable work for our local community. I even recently witnessed a client bullying the lady at the desk over VERY reasonable medication prices, that I know are double across town bc I used to go there before I moved to the north side—and the staff member handled it with total grace. This team works tirelessly for pets and gives back so much to our community. They deserve nothing but five stars!
