Unfortunately, I used to have a glowing review posted of this clinic. However, my last 3 visits have left me thinking I may take my cats to another place. Wife and I rescued a cat from a gas station. Took her in on a Thursday for the FULL MONTY - I requested blood work, fecal, physical, check for XYZ, you name it. $700 later (which I didn’t bat an eye at this or even check the bill), I’m walking out 6mo of revolution plus (which treats just about everything but tapeworm mind you) and what I assume is a cat that’s been treated for ear mites and has no other issues. Several days later, the cat has worms coming from her rectum. When I double checked what I paid for, there was no fecal sample. What DID I pay for?? My wife and I contacted the vet and we were told to just ride out the Revolution (which we had to get a call back about what worms the medication treats and doesn’t - they sell a product but aren’t familiar with what it treats??) which should take care of every in 3 months. We are now two months in and this cat has another parasite that WASN’T treated by the Revolution and I was forced to pay an additional $50 for a completely different topical medication. Nearly $800 spent on one feline, no fecal ran, forced to return to the office 3 times for the same issue. My wife and I are excellent pet parents who spend whatever is necessary but when I am ignored, disrespected, and forced to pay for something that should have been addressed the first time, I really question the integrity of the doctor.
